East Side Mario's - Huntsville

Tonight we went to a East Side Mario’s in Huntsville! We had such a fun time! Our server, Allison was wonderful! She was friendly, helpful, and was very attentive. She made our experience better by being our server! My kids loved their dinners! I did too! Thank you ESM for a yummy evening! Ask if Allison is in if you are going to eat there! We will definitely be back!

My partner and I came for dinner and we got seated when we walked in. Everything was going great until our waitress, curly hair, older woman, wears glasses to type on the POS, was extremely rude to us. She was giving us disrespectful looks from across the restaurant and staring us down, we would try and make small talk and she would just give us a grouchy look. Then she would help the other tables, look at us when we needed help, than walked away. Long story short, we didn’t finish our meals and we just left. Never coming back here again and I do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a nice meal and sit down

We stopped here for lunch because we enjoy the food and often go in the eastern townships in Quebec . I wanted a pasta with meat Sause but they had nothing on the menu that said meat sauce so the waiter said our Maraina sauce is meat sauce I said sorry but I just had that a few weeks ago and it is a pasty tomato sauce witch I don't like. I want a meat sauce once again he repeated himself and out of no were a little middle age red head woman comes up behind me with her voice like a blow horn say madam our Mariana is a meat sauce but her voice she was yelling at me .. I told her what I just told our server and her face expression just made me want to get up and leave. I am a costumer respecting our server and listening to what he is telling me and this old red head is putting her noise were it doesn't belong. So we took his word and ordered our meal and it was a meat sauce and then once we were finished we waited a good 15 to 29inutes for our bill to pay because she had the waited over at the bar talking to him while people waited to be served...would I go back no sorry her actions were uncalled for and her mean face and approach to customers is Un perfectional.. Time for her to retire and leave this job to sum one who is kind and a people person because she sure isn't

We reserved at least two weeks in advance. Majority wanted Kelsey's but they said they could not do it. Oh well, off to Mario's. I had the Veal Limon. Delicious. Our server, Rebecca, was new but she did a super job. It was a family reunion type of dinner and it went over well. Thank you Mario's!!

We walked in and were seated quickly and our server came by shortly after sitting and asked about refreshments and we also gave her our order. Our drinks came in good time and our meals also. Of course you get salad or soup and bread and this was brought to our table and our meals came to us in good time, and out food was hot and a good amount. She came by again to make sure all was ok. We were not rushed and she was very pleasant and chatted with us for a moment. The restaurant was clean and you could see when people left the tables were clean. You get your money’s worth here and also we were able to get a discount with our CAA card and also I collected points with my Scene card.
