Blue Moon Muskoka Gluten-free Baking Co. Espresso

This restaurant in Huntsville is a fantastic find for those who need gluten-free options. Be sure to arrive early, as they tend to sell out fast. I tried the cinnamon bun and scone and both were delicious. I will definitely be returning!

Blue Moon was completely safe. Unfortunately, I found that their bread struggles to rise and is pretty dense. Despite this, I felt good after eating a few slices they use quality ingredients and no preservatives.

The GF bread at this restaurant is the best I have ever tried, and the butter tarts are absolutely amazing.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the gluten free bread was the best we have ever tasted.

Always great treats here. I always stock up on breads when coming through town.
