Wingstop - Huntsville

Missing half of my order, didn’t want to drive all the way back to have them remake it. First time trying Wingstop and the last.

Initially hesitant due to past experiences, I revisited Madison's Wing Stop, and I'm thrilled I did! Despite previous service issues, this time was exceptional. The once rude and argumentative staff had transformed into a welcoming and helpful team. They guided me to a better menu deal and delivered my fresh order with impressive speed. The restaurant was clean and spotless, making the whole experience delightful. My love for wings has been reignited, thanks to this positive turnaround!

Had a great experience. I like their app deals, and you can pay in store. ALL restaurants in Huntsville/surrounding areas they are hit and miss for service and quality.

Made a large online to go order for a work lunch. They had our order ready within 5 mins of us arriving, which was great. Unfortunately, everything else was not good. The wings were fried to a crisp, not covered with sauce properly, and our veggies were missing which we paid extra for. The cheese fries were tasteless, chicken sandwiches had barely any sauce, and we were missing sides of fries. There were also no utensils/napkins provided. They did get our side dipping sauces correct. I will not recommend this location.

One of the worst places I've ever been to for tenders. Finally was talked into trying this place. We had the 8pc for 2 combo. Flavors were Hot Honey Rub Mango Habanero. Tenders- bready af. The Hot Honey dry rub was so heavy, it was salty. No flavor but some heat SALT. The Mango Habanero (wet) was weak. I got this flavor bc I enjoy it at Slim Chickens. NO comparison! Slim's version- you get a strong mango flavor at 1st, with heat from the Habanero on the backend. Not here. You get a little mango flavor if you concentrate with a good bit of heat. Not good. Fries- I'm STILL trying to figure out how they were soggy straight out the fryer! And they had SOOOOO MUCH SALT (see pic). Like, wtf thought this was a good idea. Or, better yet, wtf thought this would taste good?? Between the salty tenders the pile of salt on the fries, I feel the need to go home immediately to take my blood pressure meds! I can think of at LEAST 5 gas stations that have better tenders. Should've stuck to Slims. Needless to say, I wanted my damn money back. We wont return.
