Wendy's - Huntsville

The lobby is always closed. drive them thru takes forever. if they do not want to pay their workers enough to have enough workers to actually lead their business, they simply close the business.

The location at the 6102 university dr nw, huntsville, al 35806 has a terrible food service with the absolutely worst customer service. doors are always locked, although they say they are open. app does not tell them that the lobby is closed so that they wait an additional 30 minutes to get eating from the hard drive they have ordered through the app. instead of a sign on the drive thru menu that its system is down and they can not take orders they leave the people waiting in the line on the drive thru only to any person they can not take. drive the additional distance to the location in madison it is worth avoiding them when they can.

Long wait, but food was good. Only complaint is when I was at the payment window two employees a woman and a guy were standing there with the window open cussing up a storm. Very unprofessional to cuss like that in front of customers.

This location is usually pretty good in the mornings/noon but in the evenings the quality goes down. The lobby is usually closed, probably due to being understaffed, and the fries are usually bad which makes upsizing to a large not worth it because I don't want to eat them they're that bad. I've never noticed a problem with the burger quality though, mainly just the fries. There's a couple lovely ladies who work there and every time I hear their voice over the speaker, I know it's going to be a good visit. However one time in the drive thru the guy at the window started hitting on me which is very awkward and inappropriate.
