Tokyo Japanese Steak House - Huntsville

Absolutely delicious! The staff was super nice and helpful and the sushi was so delicious! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

The cook did a good show, but the food was moderate! It was my birthday, so the staff wanted me a good birthday, but surprisingly there was no desserts or something! Without our knowledge, they accounted for a 21 percent congratulation. We didn't know that congratulations would be included at all and it was a very small receipt, so we almost didn't notice it except the bill was higher than expected, so I did the mathematics and then it happened to see it! They were irritated when we explained that 18 percent is what their menu said (after they said it is where it is), and we paid the cook tip in cash, so we wanted them to remove the additional 3% and the amount of money we already tipped! I think they have to catch a lot of hell for misleading people with bliss, so were very defensive when it was about it!

The staff was great. Unfortunately, the food was subpar. The sauces were heavily diluted; the ginger dressing was mayo with a tiny hint of ginger. I could have lived with these if it weren 't for the yum yum sauce, which apparently was also mayo. Everything off the grill tasted exactly the same, bland and boring. I would like to give this place a chance because the staff were so pleasant. I just won 't waste money here.

Teriyaki Chicken Dinner is always great. Fast service. Tried Sake for the first time and our waiter spent a good time with us giving us great suggestions.

Overall a very good experience. I have tried multiple hibachi places in Alabama and Maryland. This was by far the best experience I've had at one. Chefs were funny and catering... Service was top notch. Will be a regular customer.
