Tara's Cajun Cooking Catering

I discovered this restaurant after grabbing a coffee at Sipsy's, and I was immediately drawn to the birria grilled cheese on the menu. The service was quick and friendly, and they even offered me a complimentary cold water while I waited. The food was absolutely delicious! My only small complaint is that the calcareous wedges were quite muddy, and they only had flavor when I tried to squeeze the juice onto my sandwich. The sign mentioned that the menu changes daily, so I will definitely be back to see what other offerings they have!

I just visited my niece and grabbed some fried chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it; I’m sure everyone will love it.

This is definitely my favorite food truck in Huntsville! They offer a unique menu every day, and everything I've tried is incredibly delicious. If you haven't been here yet, you're truly missing out!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD! First time eating here and omg this is probably my new food place! I cant believe i have been missing out on this place! I highly suggest giving her a try, you will not regret it at all!

I visited Tara’s Cajun Cooking Catering a couple of days ago and I got the Birria fries (beef) and It was delicious. Tara was very friendly and welcoming and I recommend that everyone give her a try you won’t be disappointed.
