Great German food, with excellent friendly service. The owners are very professional caring people with integrity. Whenever you have the opportunity to visit this well-established restaurant do it; you won't regret it! Awesome Restaurant! Renja and Les are the owners, and are awesome people.

Authentic German food in Huntsville! Wow, I’m impressed! Very impressed. The atmosphere was great, they have live music on the weekends and the food/beer was incredible!

Schnitzel Ranch was great. First, the service was amazing. The waitress was very quick and polite. I got the pork schnitzel covered with swiss cheese and my girlfriend got schnitzel cordon bleu. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection. The owner is the one who served us and also cooked the meal. Both meals came with two sides, and the portions were generous. We both ordered #150 on the drink menu which was apple juice and sparkling water, and it was very refreshing. Dessert menu was extensive and looked amazing, but we were both so full. Will definitely be coming back on Thursday for the schnitzel special!

Very good German food and the atmosphere was great and relaxing too. Some nights they have a live band playing which was very enjoyable. The food tasted great. When you go to a place called schnitzel ranch you expect the schnitzel to be amazing and this place doesn't disappoint. The service was very good too. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The raised flag system on the table when you need a waiter/waitress is ingenious and makes the experience more enjoyable. The only downside is that it is on the side of a building which makes it hard to spot from the main road.
