The drive thru line is always long! I think AL loves Popeyes.. I always go in for speedy service. There is never a line on the inside.. They are always polite and get your order right out. I love Popeyes too lol View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
I ordered all dark meat chicken and was disappointed to find a mix of dark and white meat when I got home. This has happened to me before at this restaurant. In the past, I ordered spicy chicken but received mild chicken instead. Despite these issues, the food still gets a perfect rating of 5 out of 5. View all feedback.
The personal was very nice. all worked together. eating was fresh and hot. the dining room was clean.
I ordered two three piece chicken dinner original mild, with mac and cheese and fries and a slice hot apple pie it was awesome
Over the last two visits which happen to be back to back visits I ordered the 12 piece family pack and once again and for the second time only getting 11 pieces.The standard is 3 breast, 3 legs, 3 thighs and 3 wings.For the second time I received 3 breast, 4 legs and 4 wings. I piece short again and no thighs.Not to mention the size of the pieces of chicken very very young small chickens no bigger then that of a Cornish hen. Get your act together or you will lose another Popeyes fan.
THE OWNER NEEDS TO HONOR AT LEAST SOME OF THE PROMOTIONS. WE ARE PATRONS OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. APPRECIATE US AND SHOW IT!
