I received an email confirming that my ord... read more I placed an online order, but they cancelled it without any explanation. When I arrived, they had to remake my order. I received an email confirming that my order was ready, but I never got any notice about the cancellation. This resulted in a significant waste of time and inconvenience as I had to wait for my order to be prepared again. The whole point of an online ordering system is to provide convenience, and it’s frustrating that they cancelled my order without informing me. Overall, this reflects poor business practices.

Th... read more I've only been here twice so far but each time, as others have said the customer service is on point. They are a bit pricier, but they are totally healthier. The ladies on the shift when I went in were so attentive and helpful in helping me choose the right ingredients for my smoothie as an expecting mother. Two thumbs up!
