Panera Bread - Huntsville

Great service in the middle of the lunch break. Spices Take chicken sandwich is a nice menu addition, but the French onion soup today was superb, hearty broth and taste.

Great customer service the disadvantage is the location when you look from the street, it looks damn near, as if it were closed for the night that it has lights inside and the outdoor lights look like it was already closed until you are directly at the place

The lady called my last name when my order was finished. When I grabbed it, she asked me how I said it. I told her and made a joke about it. When I grabbed my food and turned my back, she made a comment to another worker about how it turned into a conversation when she didn't want it. Could wait until the customer gets out of the ear. The food is not good enough to make me feel good after that.

What a total waste! This Panera is the pits!!! On a Saturday morning I visited and 4, THAT?s FOUR, the five foods I had requested were not available, although samples were obviously displayed in this case. Absolutely unacceptable there was no fresh fruit! This is the height of summer fruits. Can't be a problem for a lack of care. Go to the FARMERS MARKET when you get out! Panera business is based on fresh (usually) healthy foods. Do you? So dissatisfied. We went out.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it was soo good and I got it fast! The young lady who took my order (her name was Kylie) was so sweet and got my order in fast! They are very low on staff so please remember to be nice to your workers!! Definitely will be coming back here again!!!
