Picked up some breakfast and decided to go inside due to the extra long drive thru line. The wait inside was long as well but there seemed to be only 2 employees working the entire restaurant. They looked tired but kept going and going doing they best they could. Mcdonalds needs to do better by their employees. Customers frustrated, employees doing their best and tired. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
It seems that the overall lack of care in management is impacting staff morale and service. Regardless of the promises of earning up to $14.50 an hour after many years, it doesn't seem worth it when staff are still struggling to make ends meet in the meantime. The type asked us if we are ready to order. we asked him to give us a second. we then started to find only nobody was there. a few minutes later someone asked if he could help us. we started our order and asked if they applied the Happy Eating Pen, as on a sign next to the menu and also on the menu. they told us they didn't. then we only set our order to let the guy tell us that no mello yellow. we went and went on the way to jack’s, great service, great eating. mc donald’s was never my favorite, but the advertised Halloween snails drove me in, just to disappoint my children. child-friendly: do not have the Halloween snails, as advertised on a sign in front of the running gear thru menu and on the menu. very disappointing for children

Good experience here. Ladies very nice. Playplace is open and is inside! Not out.
The service here is horrible. I waste at least $5 in wrong food every time I go. It's on my way to work and it has a play place but man it is not worth it

I felt bad for these 2 ladies. There should be a significantly reduced menu and/or hours until staffed with the appropriate of employees. And to the 2 employees, thank you for showing up to work and for my breakfast. I hope things get better
