What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
terrible. gave me a cold big mac. I wanted to get a fresh sandwich. the lady who helped me seemed upset when I told her. not sure if she was angry because I was complaining, or because they had to throw away my sandwich and had to replace it with a free hot one. but she gave me a second fresh order of pommes. that was very appreciated. The staff was really nice but I ordered a 4 PC chicken nugget and literally got a box of sauce. like what? I’m sad because I was having such a craving and got a box of SAUCE.
Terrible customer service yet again. This was our final attempt at giving this location chances. (Previously no meat on the bun, 8-10 fries for a large order, sprite that was water. Of course all after we arrived home 20 minutes away and didn’t know these facts. This visit we arrived at 11:15. Advertised to be open until 12 and drive thru and back inside lights lit up. Waited in the line and at the speaker for 25 minutes to just be ignored just like the many cars in front of us (7-8 that left the line after a long wait due to no one addressing them. If you don’t want to work, then you shouldn’t be there or anywhere else for that matter. If you don’t want to to cook more food, then don’t work at a resturant. If you don’t want to work in the service industry then don’t work in customer service. I know “good” help is very hard to find now but whoever is managing and owns this location really needs a reality check or you are going to be losing more and more business with all of these bad reviews over the past many months.

We have just thrown a friend at the airport and talked about the breakfast out of some ground. I didn't think much about it, but the hubby must have thrown unexpectedly into the parking lot of the mcdonald. I always use the mcdonald’s app to get these points. I usually only go through, but we decided to just go in, eat our breakfast and sit back and enjoy a coffee. we went in, I gave my table number for table service, got some serviettes to wipe the least dirty table in the load, then waited to come my breakfast. then waited and then waited and then it finally went to the counter. I was the only person on the theke and could not awaken anyone's attention. I was finally waiting for it, but they couldn't find my order. After a very short search they found the bag with my name and table number, which sits behind the counter. it was over 15 minutes. we started with our bacon egg and cheese biscuits and were so disappointed that they were lukewarm and the cookies were hard. I should've really asked her to remake her, but I was just about it. stopping the breakfast is such a tasty bite for me, it makes me a little sad that it was such a lush experience.
