What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I had the worst experience at this McDonald's. The food was cold and the customer service was disappointing. To make matters worse, I witnessed an argument between employees, and one staff member left a dangerous item on the floor, claiming he didn't have time to deal with it because it wasn't part of his job. I strongly recommend driving over to Dairy Queen or just eating at home instead. This place is not worth it.... View all feedback.

The women at the front counter named Yasmyne was so good. They had her all over the place but she still got my order done in a quickie. Great employee! She deserves a raise!
Some of the workers don’t pay attention very well when ordering through the drive through. I have been asked the same questions repeatedly that I had already answered. They never put enough caramel in the bottom of my macchiato.
This specific McDonald’s store is such a screw up. Every single time I go they screw up something in the order. This morning I ordered a big breakfast for my grandkids and they left out the hot cakes. That was the main item they wanted. They really need to get it together and provide better service. The worst part is when you say something they could care less.
A very rude worker. I’m a Karen today ? but tell me why I just went inside of this McDonald’s my first mistake lol) I never eat there fr because it’s gross but I had to stop and get something quick Bc I was starving and in between errands etc. you know the deal! I’m waiting there for 20min on my food which im totally fine with because it’s lunch hour and everyone’s struggling these days with short staffs. I get handed my food but not the drink so I asked for my drink and they turned around and walked away. Another 5 minutes pass of me just standing there so I ask two more times a little louder. They didn’t hear me/ were ignoring me idk. Finally a worker comes from the counter and I said excuse me can I get a cup for my drink? And they just ignored me and walked right past me. So finally im like oh well im just gonna get a cup myself Bc at this point I’ve wasted 30min here and I gotta go. So I grab a cup real quick and somebody yelled at me “excuse me you don’t work here you can’t come back here” and I said well I asked for a cup 6 times now so im getting it myself. They MOCKED me and say “oh my god I’ve asked it 4 times nehnehneh” and im like ?????? What even lol. Anyways I just left Bc I didn’t have the time to deal with it. But basically f*ck the south parkway McDonald’s that person deserves to be fired. and that concludes my Karen rant
