Logan's Roadhouse - Huntsville

The service was great and also the food. The only thing with commands and managers was just slowly wired over an hour half of the food cans and the other half had to wait 45 minutes from fried items. We give a Bs story and have not even offered desert or bread in the house. waitress was very good at

Our first culinary experience in Huntsville, AL. The food was excellent and the service was friendly. Logan's Roadhouse was on site for our after high school graduation. Our server was Cody.

This review is based on 3 separate visits. All three visits were absolutely terrible. Customer service here is absolutely terrible. In addition, food quality has been greatly reduced. Management is aware of me and at the second visit it is informed that new employees are not properly trained. Honestly, I don't know why I came back several times and spent my money in this place. I was respected by a bartender on my last visit 8/1/2022. I spoke to the same manager of the first two visits that told me first that he could not give me a refund because he was not sure how to do it and because the transaction was completed. After my situation for the second time he went to the register and returned my money. He said I should come back and my next meal would be on him. Because of the incidents and yesterday I decided I won't come back. There was a second manager in training who was much more accommodating and was really affected by the things that were beaten during my visit. I don't give all the details. But overall, this site has missed the brand at all 3 of my last visits. Food bad service bad customer service terrible management terrible

The food was nothing special, but the waitress who was worried about us was great. Allison was super friendly and all the smiles. Our drinks were never half empty and they kept ensuring that we had everything we needed. I give Allison 5 stars!

Honestly doesn 't deserve even the 1 star that I have to give in order to make the review. Logans was my favorite restaurant always my go to and tonight that changed for sure. We were seated immediately, took about 30-40 mins to receive our food, I ordered an adult beverage which was spilt when passing over the FOUR YEAR OLDS plate of food and I made the comment well I guess the kid is getting some too and the waitress just kinda laughed and walked away.....didn 't offer to replace it... like ok, already ill about that.. we all continue to eat, until my wife goes to take a bite of her green beans and there 's a roach... a COCKROACH in her green beans! She literally almost ate that. The waitress comes to ask about if we wanted dessert and we show her the roach so she goes to get the manager....the manager comes to the table and tells us he is sorry that happened he took that meal off and put 50% off for the rest of the meal. I told him no, we 're not paying for anything that came from that kitchen we 're all done now, we 're over it, thats disgusting, we 're not even half way thru with eating anyhow. He apologized again and asked if he could offer us dessert I told him no, again, we 're done here, I don 't want anything that came out of that kitchen. I appreciate that we were able to both remain calm and he agreed to dismiss the check, however, I am still upset about this experience. Just disgusted and disappointed. Would not recommend this location.
