The food was okay, but I've had it better from Firehouse. The wait wasn't too long, but the staff was generally friendly but some of them didn't seem to know how to interact with customers. Also there were some signs on some of their equipment, that just looked really unprofessional. View all feedback.

Pickle stingy! Shouldn't have to ask multiple times extra pickles!
Not a bad sandwich, but if you go at lunch time on a weekday, you will wait a bit. Lot of people from Research Park go to grab a quick bite to eat. I waited for almost 20 minutes for my food.
Great customer service very helpful I was there for a doordash pickup they put the orders on a shelf right next to the door not very noticeable with all the other stuff next to the door
Love their steak and cheese sub. This location is particularly understaffed during lunch time so you should expect to wait an extra 15 minutes for a sandwich. Even if you order online ahead of time, my order said it would be ready for pickup at 1:25 and I didn't leave the store with my sandwich till 1:40.
