Unfortunately, during our visits, they were often out of key ingredients, like half of the ice cream flavors and random fruits, making it challenging to find something to order. It's a bit pricey in my opinion, although that's determined by the company. Overall, it’s a decent experience, but make sure you know what you're getting into before you arrive. View all feedback.
I have my cups and was like: “Where is the ice?” lol, seriously a carbahn robber. we paid $20 for 4 underfilled small cups of ice. would have just bought a carton at target for a quarter of the price.
I would rate this place a zero if possible. The customer service is horrible. The employees are rude and will not receive any of my business again. If people are going to pay for overpriced ice cream at least you can smile and say thank you.
So I placed an order for pick up for Sunday evening and we had a cinnamon allergy and I called to let the store know. They went above and beyond to make sure that it was taken care of!! 100% recommend this store! They even left a little note on the ice cream that shouldn’t have cinnamon and put the ice cream that had cinnamon in it in a completely separate bag!
Went here over the weekend. Great flavors and amazing workers! I ended up getting the strawberry milkshake and it was phenomenal the whipped cream on top was a nice treat! Only reason I am not leaving a 5-star review is because I went to place my keys and wallet on a table for a second and when I picked them up I realized the tables were extremely sticky. Then I checked the next table and that one was also sticky.
The ice cream was good but the one star is given solely because of bad customer service. A young male employee caught an attitude with me when I said “apple pie” flavor instead of “apple pie a la cold stone,” it wasn’t him correcting me that was rude, it was his body language and his tone that really shocked me because I was trying to be polite with him when asking for the flavor but he corrected me passively aggressively and then continued making my ice cream, and then kind of just plopped my ice cream down on the counter in front of me. This was my first time at cold stone, so it just made me upset that this was my first experience.
