The staff that I encountered were very nice. And the line was moving at a consistent pace.However, my burrito and bowl was incredibly small compared to previous orders at this same establishment. My bowl had little to no rice and a handful of lettuce and salsa. And there was barley any chicken. DO NOT EAT HERE...I have given up. It 's been like this for a while and I 'm done. Go to the Madison location night and day. They (the University Dr location) don 't have half the menu items.... we aren 't making that today .....seriously?! Online orders are never ready when you get there, staff is rude, trash on tables, chairs on most tables, stale taco shells, stale chips, cold cheese dip. I honestly don 't see how they pass a health inspection on top of it all. Nobody cares....nothing will get better. This chipotle just sucks. #neveragain
I went in and I liked the food but there was a few cons to the joint. First the service was slow and took a long time to get my order in. The second con was the place wasn't clean the tables where dirty also the lemonade didn't look fresh at all, and the floor was covered in food. It was very dirty and I didn't feel comfortable eating at a table. The other thing was their forks weren't package up and there was only one left. But the food was very good and tasty but next time will be ordering out.
I eat a this store 4-5 a week my last 5 trips I’ve left 98 cents because they never have any change. This time I have 13 dollars and was 3 Pennies short so I grab 3 pennies at the jar and the young lady got very smart with me and told me to out it back! So I explained I’ve left more then 5 dollars in change and 3 cents shouldn’t be a problem. I spoke with the manager and I understand he was busy but he acted as if he didn’t care or didn’t have time to listen. Worst service every on 3 cents. If I don’t hear from someone I’ll never support Chipotle again.
The restaurant was not clean when we came in. the mülleimer were full and the tables were dirty. there were many people behind the counter. they all worked together to order. I enjoyed my chicken burrito, but they need to pay close attention to the lobby area to make sure it remains tidy. parking: many parking spaces, as another company has closed in the opposite direction.
I could not leave a deeper review. the only thing that is consistent on this site is always something. every time! I love chipotle, I hate this.
