Chick-fil-a - Huntsville

There is an employee by the name of Tory, and she made my daughter's birthday extra special! My daughter turned 15 today, and this employee saw my daughter's tiara and birthday queen sash, and she came over to tell her happy birthday and gave her a cookie, and had such nice things to say to my daughter!! Good job with your hiring Chick-fil-A! Thank you a million times Mrs Tory!????

I ordered curbside. Chick-fil-A is a relatively quick fast food restaurant but I?m not a huge fan of not being able to place my order until I arrive at the restaurant. They did forget my sauces as well

Came through the dt and asked for grilled tenders, I was told they come 3 and 4 piece so I asked for 2/ 3 piece. When I got where I was going and gave them to the person that couldn't eat breaded, they were breaded! She then went back and ordered a 12 piece grilled nuggets and got a 6 piece.. this is 2 huge mistakes in a matter of 15 min. Normally you have the best customer service and this particular visit was less than good. Im already on the fence about your restaurant and this may have pushed me to not come back again.

My wife and I love Chick-fil-a (especially their spicy chicken sandwiches) and we came in today. I?m very impressed at the staff. They?re very friendly and welcoming. But I do have one complaint that I feel needs to be addressed because I don?t know if we will be coming back to this location anytime soon. The cashier Macy (Or Maci, unsure how it was spelt) just made me feel like I was annoying her with my order. I usually never complain about this kind of thing but I don?t feel as if she should be out in the front if she?s going to treat some customers poorly. She was very unprofessional and just plain rude to my wife and I. When she brought us our food, she kind of threw the tray down and when my wife said thank you, she replied with just ?yeah? and walked away. I tried calling the location to speak to a manager but the phone just rang. Please fix this situation because this was disappointing.

We just visited the Chick-fil-A in front of Target in Huntsville. We sat through the line even though it was long and ordered and paid for our food. Then they told us to pull around front and they would bring our order right out. We ended up sitting out front for over 30 minutes. The entire experience was close to 50 minutes. That's terrible. The fries were so cold we didn't eat them. It was hands down the worst experience ever at a Chick-fil-A and I have been eating there since 1976 in the South Plains Mall in Lubbock Texas.
