Chef Will The Palate - Huntsville

I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for ages, and I finally made it there. Wow! It was incredibly delicious and so satisfying! Every bite was full of flavor. You absolutely have to give it a try—you won't regret it!

That food trailer has definitely seen better days and looks almost intimidating near the water tower. The big question was whether the exterior would reflect the quality of the food inside. Thankfully, it did not! Chef Will serves exceptional vegetarian and vegan dishes that delight the taste buds. As a vegetarian for over 30 years, I can confidently say I’ve never tasted anything quite like this. I thoroughly enjoyed the diverse flavors and textures of the quinoa bowl, though it did leave me curious about the secret behind such a delicious creation.

The food was incredible! We came across Chef Will's food truck while searching for vegan options. It's clear that he takes great pride in preparing each dish. My favorite was the portobello pepper steak wrap. Whenever I'm in Huntsville, I will definitely stop by to enjoy his food again.

Who says you can?t get full off veggies? Well I?m here to say that you can. I had a weekend visit with a friend in Huntsville. My friend recommended we check out a vegetarian/vegan food truck. Healthy and tasty! This was my first time ordering food from this food truck. I had the Southern plate. The cornbread and greens were soo good! Shoot, AND the rice, beans an avocados! The chef was nice and whipped up the plate very quickly! Definitely recommend!
