absolutely shameful. If I were a company representative, I would immediately turn this place off. service is terrible, orders are made wrong, management is zero help, they are out of almost everything, even sweet tee, how run out sugar and water? it is 100% absurd! View all feedback.
Who says the fast service is clearly underused and the drive thru is a fall. waited 30 minutes and remained after this long straight according to principle. please take their business to other sites may not see that this will be resolved at any time soon and employee/management is obviously not important to solve the problem based on similar reviews.
The huh was dry as ever with a Limp-coaster that was great because they don't have serviettes to start with. very rude customer service. the employee has made a dispute on our orders. do not come here if you want to enjoy the original family delicious checkers. but I do not recommend this particular location.

Best customer service I've seen for a long time. short staff as everywhere in huntsville, but a staff that really cares and works hard. very impressed by everyone I went into as a Uber driver in huntsville. excellent performance by phillip while looking for care for the customer in a warm and contemporary wise, consistent and similar quality customer service in the run of the time of his team.
Employees were not wearing masks, gloves, hairnets. Took 20 minutes to place an order with only 1 car ahead of us. Did not cook fresh food, reheated the chicken by putting it back in the grease.
