So quiet in here! Nice atmosphere and clean. Employees are friendly and polite. Usually we go to the Starbucks inside, and the employee that was there was awesome and patient. Really appreciated that.

Be sure to always ask the customer service representatives at this location if a book or product can be ordered, when it is determined that they do not have enough in stock, specifically. Consequently, it is not the first recommendation from the customer service representatives nor their senior management to offer to order a product, as an initial customer related problem solving measure when you ask if they have anymore products in stock. Be sure to assist the employees and management them by choosing one of the following or be creative and come up with your own! Examples: Is it at all possible to order it? , Can you order it? , Would you please place an order for it? , Do you have the resources at your disposal to place an order for this retail product? , May I please patronize your business in order to procure your products for your profit, as I am such a huge fan of brick and mortar establishments, considering online shopping is all the rave? . Or a variation that I may not be able to communicate succinctly, as provided above. Antecdote: When I had a customer service job, I would automatically suggest ordering as an option to increase sales and revenue while simultaneously satisfying the customer 's need(s), as a good faith gesture for them to return. Or even suggesting that they can order it themselves on our website in case they didn 't have time right then to allow me to place the order. As I would want them to remember my company 's brand name as the preferred choice versus the many competitors in the industry, the major being online shopping. Each one teach one! Whats not to love about Barnes Noble?! Tons of books to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a decent assortment of manga. Good coffee. Will recommend.
