What Lee doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
Only tables ever available are the high tops, barely any people set in booths despite many waitresses. told the waitress a coke but instead brung out two waters walked away before we can't even open our mouths to tell her it was wrong. the waitress we had only took our order, they never came back different waitress had to bring us our drinks and our food. Arrived to pick a number eats order up 1 of the workers miss talking to a friend no big deal he promptly asked me for the name on the order went back into the kitchen passed a table that had to food warming bags on it came back out told me it was not ready approximately five minutes go by another worker comes out from the back and asked me for the name on the order walks directly over to the table where the warming bags are and pulls my order out. The first worker did not even look in those bags to see if my order was ready just went in the back and came back and told me that it was not when indeed it was again I'm not the one that suffers the customers do.
I would give them zero stars. But it won't let me do that. Walked in and got hit with a awful stench at 4 pm stood at front to be seated for over 5 minutes. Nobody greeted us. Nobody ever even seen us. And with the smell being the way it was we decided to leave and go to Logans where we received great service and it didn't stink!!!!
For lunch. there were 3 of us. had everything from pasta dresses, steak, salat. everything was well plated, and the steak was just as ordered. my only complain, and it's small, it took a few extra minutes for the manager sitting us. in his defense was during one time. it wasn't overcrowded, but prep is a thing. overall I had a great experience and will repeat it.
Saturday late lunch sat on the barbartender was friendly to get our drinks app order. eating was quite hot fresh. the atmosphere was laid in the bar on nice couples of football matcheswheelchair accessible: bathroom
We had the best server, lukewarm! She has beaten our dinner experience tonight! we had bad service at the nw parkway applebee’s, so we decided to check the SW parking lot and we were definitely satisfied! the manager is amazing and accommodating, especially if we are a huge family! child-friendly: more amazing place to take their children! we are a family of 11 with 7 children and our server and the manager was amazing for all children!
