Applebee's Grill - Huntsville

Pulled up server comes out saying my lights were blinding the customers I didn’t get the chance to really get out the car before she comes storming out the door….. so the quickly turn the lights out go inside to order at the bar there was no at the bar. It’s one waitress her and she ignores me standing at the bar. As I’m waiting I’m looking around only to see the bar is dirty with dirty dishes on it. By this time it’s ten minutes later still no one helps me so I leave as I’m walking out I’m looking for the customer my lights were blinding only to see all the blinds are closed and it’s no one in the path of the front door for my lights to blind. The few people that were there are off to the side of the entrance way….. why be so extra never coming back

We waited at the door to be seated for almost 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us and 3 employees walked by during that time said nothing as well as a group of them sitting at a table in the back corner just hanging out! Our server Calandra brought us our salads and we asked for our drinks that we ordered when we first came in (coke water not bar drinks) then she walked to the back and came back with our neighboring tables food (part of it as they said she messed up their order)! We asked for our drink order again as she had forgotten what they were. After about 10 mins and being done with our salads we got our drinks. Our entrees were cold and we never saw her again until she brought our check and we had to go to the bar and ask for condiments/napkins. We got our check and she stood at our table waiting for us to checkout until my husband said we weren't done eating. The table next to us complained the whole time about all of the things she had forgotten or messed up. I've been a server and it was apparent she did not care about the quality of service and was more than ready to be done and cash out. Do better.

Dont waste your time, no one is working,their slow isnt friendly at all.. Overrated

We have been several times and had poor experiences. We keep giving them a second chance because we have always liked Applebees and it’s close to our home. Never again. Worst dining experience ever. The server forgot to ring in my wife’s meal and brought my meal out and her nothing. Never said a word. Never said anything to acknowledge her mistake. Manager was non existent. Had to wait forever for a drink and then for our check. Sorry, never again. Good location Doesn’t matter anymore. This Applebees is the worst. Horrible, never again.

We were a large group of 12 people went here for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere was very nice, restaurant clean and nice decor. The down fall was the service. We had two waiters but only one was doing anything The other in training. They forgot birthday girl drink, they forgot appetizers, then appetizers came out with the food. We all had to wait on our drinks. I tried to get the male waiter in a better mood but he wouldn't even smile. The service definitely could have been better. We all pretty much tipped 5$ if not more each. So he got a decent tip even though the service was not good.
