Rookies Sports Grill (huntley)

Extremely disappointing service. Came on a quieter Sunday evening. Half the restaurant was filled at most. Drinks took 1 hour to come out. Only a table for 3. Waitress was seen maybe 2 times. Had to ask the staff to ask the manager to put on the tv outside to play the KC VS. NYJ game 4 times. Manager came out and turned on golf instead. My recommendation would be to skip this location and hop over to the Elgin/Randall location. Significantly better service there. To cap off the evening, the manager came out and yelled at the two hostesses mid-meal. How extremely disappointing in a manager I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Asked the waitress who the manager is and it’s Nori. I hope the owners address his extremely poor management.

Macy was my waitress. It was my first time ever at a ROOKIES. They are popular in Florida. Florida is where I reside. I'm here on work. Good food. Macy really brought it home with her service and personality. I will be back.

Nice staff... wasn't busy but we still got sitter at a dirty table. Food is too expensive for not being good. Drinks are awesome so is more of a let's go get popcorn, a few drinks, and maybe an appetizer while we catch up/unwind.

Great spot for unwinding after work! The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5!

I visited on Tuesday afternoon and had a great experience. Our server, Car e (thank you, C!), had a wonderful attitude and delivered excellent, friendly service. The burger, fries, and salad were as good as I had anticipated. Overall, I'd rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4. I recommend trying the burgers!
