I know she probably deals with difficult customers, but she always makes me feel like I'm a burden just for ordering, which shouldn't be the case. The eye rolls, heavy sighs when I ask simple questions, and the rude remarks I overhear before the window closes make the experience unpleasant. Because of her negativity, I've decided to stop coming—her frustration feels almost tangible in my coffee.
