Also did not get a pleasant greeting. In fact no words were spoken to me at all. She was too hung up in her private conversation to acknowledge me.

I found nasty, slimy black plastics in my coffee, and when I approached the staff about remaking it, they shouted at me, accused me of lying, and refused to give me a new coffee or a refund. This was undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was treated with a lack of respect and kindness throughout the ordeal. Although I usually try to avoid this place as the coffee isn't great, after this incident, I will definitely not be returning. I cannot recommend this place for coffee unless you want to deal with toxic plastic and rude employees.
