Awful service! the woman had such a nasty attitude! we ordered just under 20 bucks worth of stuff and paid with a $50. she said I can't take this, I won't have... read more Awful service! the woman had such a nasty attitude! we ordered just under 20 bucks worth of stuff and paid with a $50. she said I can't take this, I won't have change. very rudely. we said that's all we have, I said the bill is 20 bucks you don't have a twenty and a ten? she kept saying it over and over while holding the money. finally we said are you going to take it or not? she turned and yelled at the girl making our stuff and asked if she already made the food. she was going do turn us away! over a $50 bill.

I found nasty, slimy black plastics in my coffee, and when I approached the staff about remaking it, they shouted at me, accused me of lying, and refused to give me a new coffee or a refund. This was undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was treated with a lack of respect and kindness throughout the ordeal. Although I usually try to avoid this place as the coffee isn't great, after this incident, I will definitely not be returning. I cannot recommend this place for coffee unless you want to deal with toxic plastic and rude employees.
