I wasn't given any napkins, and my chicken sandwich had... read more Beef Shack usually provides great food and excellent service, but my recent visit left me disappointed. I wasn't given any napkins, and my chicken sandwich had hardly any Chipotle mayo on it. Furthermore, the prices have become quite unreasonable. Paying $9.60 for just a chicken sandwich feels excessive, especially since I can find similar prices at the airport. After adding a slice of cheese, my total came to $11.44 for the sandwich alone, without any fries or drink. If I wanted to include those, the meal would have cost nearly $20 for just one person! We used to enjoy dining here as a family, but it’s no longer feasible. A casual fast food meal for three, along with a shake, has become far too expensive. Although I love the food, I won’t be coming back as often—perhaps only on rare occasions. It's such a shame because we genuinely enjoy it. Additionally, the lack of napkins was frustrating; I shouldn't have to ask for them when I've already paid over $11 for a single sandwich.

The hotdogs are fantastic, and the atmosphere is pleasant, mostly catering to an older crowd since it's near Denver. I was sitting alone at a table when an elderly couple asked if they could join me because there weren't enough seats. They did, and we chatted for a while. The patrons were really friendly.
