Toast Co. - Huntington

This restaurant is a fantastic place for breakfast and brunch. The burrito was the standout dish, but the skillet was also quite delicious. I particularly enjoyed the mix of sweet and regular potatoes. It is definitely one of the top breakfast spots in Huntington.

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for brunch with a variety of delicious food options that are served quickly. The staff were efficient, with a hint of attitude, giving off a Long Island diner waitress vibe. The coffee was strong and flavorful, much better than the usual diner fare.

The home fries were cooked to a perfect crispiness and the combination of regular potatoes and sweet potatoes was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the Eggs Benedict was a letdown as the poached eggs were overcooked. The biscuit was dry and lacking flavor. The hash scrambled dish was supposed to come with bacon and sausage, but there was barely any meat. The first round of coffee was lukewarm, but the second round was served hot. The restaurant offers a lovely covered patio seating area where diners can enjoy the beautiful weather. The service was attentive and excellent, despite it being a busy day for Father's Day. Additionally, paying with cash resulted in a small discount.

Great food, great service. The Garlic Eggs were one of the best eggs I've ever had. Definitely coming back!
