Pj's Paesan's Pizza - Huntington

The Smokehouse pizza is awesome and the taste is the words in itself but, *AMAZING*!

I called in a carry out order for a 12 inch meatball sub extra meatballs and a 6 inch sub I went and I picked it up. The girl was very polite. Very nice. I got home and the meatballs were crumbled in ground up. The bread was soggy and falling apart. We couldn’t even pick it up so when I called back to see if I could get it replaced, she put me on hold to call her boss and she said that she couldn’t do it today if I wanted to get a new sub tomorrow I could come in tomorrow and get it. I didn’t want it tomorrow. I was hungry now, so I just asked for my money back I’ve never been to a restaurant where they tell you you can’t get it exchanged After you got it if there’s something wrong with it. if somebody else is going to call in to get an order you’re gonna make their food why wouldn’t you want to make a customer happy if they’re dissatisfied

Everything we get there is very good. The dinner we got there the other day was just nasty! my personal size pizza was dried out and almost burnt same with my daughter's pizza., way over cooked! I ate one piece and threw the other 3 slices away.

I bought Stromboli subs, which are by far the best around. However, this visit it just tasted different. Maybe cut back on sauce or some ingredients for cost-wise. I'm not sure but the sauce is one of the main parts of the sandwich. It was very dry. Parking: No dine-in. Mostly delivery and carry out. NOT handicap accessible.
