Mancini's Pizza - Huntington

I work in the food industry, and I am not one to complain but I picked up food from here on the way home on Friday. I 've ordered from here in the past and the food has always been great!!! But this time, the pizza happened to be undercooked it was a Friday, they were probably really busy, I get it... So, I took pictures of the pizza and called to let them know, but the manager wasn 't there. I was told they 'd give me a call back in a few minutes but they never did. They just left me hanging about it. I finally got in touch with the manager the following night and he was very unprofessional. Because of this experience, especially with the manager, I 'll avoid this place in the future. There 's a bunch of other good pizza places around...Marcos, Ginos, Papa John 's, Dominos....

Tried them again and they got it wrong AGAIN... ended up with an extra pizza ? tasted good but, they have something to learn about customer service...

Always get exactly what you order and it's hot fresh and delivered in a timely

I wanted a SUPER SUPREME......they made a SUPREME.....I didn't want Cheese or sauce.......the sausage and beef, was about 15 pieces......most of the pizza crust was bare. Pizza Hut wonders why there sales r down and ppl order from other places! Food is not SPECED! This Pizza was awful, it was green peppers and crust! I have pictures but can't add them........Pizza toppings NOT weighed correctly, No Black Olives, No Italian Sausage, No Ham

We had delivery. We wasn’t around from here and the woman in the phone wasn’t helpful and wasn’t about to take the order since she didn’t know the address of the hotel even though she knew where we was staying. The delivery guy was nice you could tell he was having a rough day but he didn’t let it bother his work.
