I placed an order for a pumpkin roll on a Saturday and paid for it on the website. I received an email letting me know my order was available for pick up right then. When I got there, a sign was on the door saying they wasn't open until Nov 30th. I called the number and no answer and mailbox was full. So I waited until then and went to pick it up.
