Mb Ramen - Huntington

MB Ramen! Best hole in the wall-ray spot! Huntington has found a ton of great food, but this must be the absolute best reason to drive out your way to have this taste of nostalgia. The atmosphere, the staff, combined with the incredibly delicious menu will not be disappointed. Bring your friends, bring your family and have a great time. Pro Tip: Be prepared for a lot of liquid, so speed yourself with drinking.

Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Crispy, spicy dumplings are great. Pig beans were very good. Had the MB Ramen. It's not a traditional ramen, but it's interesting and different. If you're a purist, it's not for you. It's just good. Hot, Sapporo beer, and now they have a beautiful, dry prosecco that goes well with the meal, too!

Great experience on a busy Friday night. A Friday night and this place was full! Was helped by the staff at the door and was placed on a text message waiting list that was beautiful. Waiting was minimal, about 5 minutes. When we sat, we immediately got water and ordered drinks. Service was top notch. Quick, friendly and attentive. For food, we split the pig carnival and everyone got an order of MB Ramen. The dumplings were amazing; crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. They had a strong fleshy taste, not slander like most places. The ramen was a giant part for the price, great value. More important than value, taste. The taste was great. Not too salty, loaded with pig, and the mushrooms were very fresh. Sure, that's one of the better Ramon spots I was on.

MB-Ramen is a jewel in Huntington! The raven was perfection. The broth was absolutely perfect. It had only the correct amount of bone taste and was not too salty. It's better than some of the Ramon spots in town. Takoyaki was also delicious. Also love the vibe, feels like you in Japan with the anime decoration.

This is more of a hip, divey, izakaya-ish place, not quite for family dinners. There's also just street side parking, so you'll have to come early to secure yourself a parking spot in the area. That said, it still gets 5 stars, because of the ambience, friendly service, and excellent food. The Tan Tan men is great! Tokyo ramen is rich tonkotsu ramen, while the MB Ramen is the same with black garlic oil added in. Kids are sure to enjoy the walls adorned with comic book pages, as well as the figurines/toys of comic book characters all around the bar. Even though we were a little family of 4 that stood out like sore thumbs in a small venue, we still had a great dinner.
