I witnessed employees using dirty water to clean their counters, causing grease and grime to drip onto the cups. Shockingly, they continued to use those same cups for drive-thru orders. I waited over 22 minutes for my own pickup order without any acknowledgment. When I tried the drive-thru, the person there rudely suggested I come inside. I've since received a refund and have no plans to return. The place was overcrowded and unsanitary.

Yes, I just want to mention that they still have the all-you-can-eat buffet, and the food is great! Keep up the good work, KFC! And where's the good chicken? Let's go!

The restaurant gives off a dirty impression both inside and out. The Coke fountain has been tasting like diet soda for months, and it hasn't been fixed yet. Other than that, the chicken is decent, but I think they could improve by keeping their food fresher.

They keep the phone off the hook so you cannot call them. Better check your bag at the drive through for They seem to always forget something. My last visit was Cole slaw, and dried out chicken, I'm tired of going back for forgotten items. I won't be back

I ordered multiple times over a week for functions at work. These were large orders and the store manager Ally and the whole crew were excellent. They do a great job!
