I've never been disappointed here; I absolutely love the spicy Italian sub. The only downside is that the drive-thru design could use some improvement.
I ordered 4 sandwiches instead of 3, but only one of them was prepared correctly.
When I was informed that my food had arrived, there was nothing there. I didn't receive a picture or any updates at all.
Delicious! This is definitely the best sandwich I've ever had. Jimmy John's chips are amazing too. The bathroom is spotless, and the atmosphere is fantastic—I really enjoy the music. My granddaughter and I absolutely love dining at Jimmy John's!
This is the best restaurant! The food is outstanding, the staff is incredible, and the restrooms are impeccably clean!
