My wife and i really enjoyed FPs. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, service was fast and the food was really good. We celebrated my son's high school graduation with about 15 to 20 people at the restaurant. Our server was excellent, but I was very disappointed with the kitchen and the management's decision to use frozen patties. I ordered the Big Fat Patty burger and loaded fries, but when the food arrived, the fries were cold and tasted old. The server was excellent and the tables in the restaurant were appropriately spaced. However, I believe the restaurant should require customers to wear masks until they reach their tables.
The staff refused to honor my reservation and acted as if they were unaware of what OpenTable is, despite their restaurant being registered to accept reservations. I was turned away at the door.
I wasn't impressed with the French dip sandwich. I know you're primarily known for your burgers, but I found the sandwich to be quite small and it had very little meat. While it wasn't bad in terms of flavor, I felt let down, especially considering the price.
The cowboy burger I had was incredibly delicious, with the perfect amount of toppings and a moist, flavorful patty. The mac and cheese bites are among the best I've ever tasted—crispy on the outside and wonderfully cheesy on the inside.
The Philly cheesesteak was amazing, but the chips were soggy. I’d recommend opting for fries or onion rings instead; the price upgrade is definitely worth it.
