The restaurant is now under new management, so when I arrived just before closing, I ordered my usual dish. Unfortunately, an ingredient was missing. The employee went above and beyond to help me - he even went to the store to try to find the missing ingredient, but they were closed. He offered to substitute it with another item, which I was fine with. He even offered to remake the dish the next day if it didn't tast... View all feedback.
What Hedeyat Qasmi doesn't like about Carvel:
We entered the restaurant and quickly left. The ice cream appeared melted in the display case and the overall establishment seemed to be of poor quality. Additionally, there was a sour smell lingering in the store. View all feedback.
I would like to say something about the ice, but I was totally ignored and the person behind me was helped as if I did not exist. I'll never come back here when they treat people like that.
It literally stinks in there!!! store looks bad and run down! I love carvel, but avoid this! the smell alone when you go in is a big no
We went in and out the ice looked in the case melted out and the total memory was bad quality. there was an acidic smell in the load.
The cookie teig taste was old, slim and rough. it had expired. bad customer service too. try another location
Place smells horrible and service is the same. Enjoy paying 10 dollars for an ice cream that is half way filled in the cup. Do yourself a favor and go to another location place is a dump
