The Habit Burger Grill

The last commands were grounded and 30 minutes too late. We have just tried to hope for another time that they have improved. They gave a time before the order. They were waiting at the restaurant for 45 minutes AFTER THE READY TIME GIVEN. Even if short employees you should be able to predict ETA and give customers choice before ordering. You're basically lying to get the order. You were something special. Sad to see how far things have gone in the other direction

The new roasted cauliflower side dish was a nice change. I have the Sirloin tip sandwich and it was okay. They cook it slowly, so it was tender. I had it in other places where it was hard. The side salad was good.

I love The Habit as a chain. Hands down my favorite place for a burger. Unfortunately, this site does not meet any standards. I was here four times last year. Every time the order counter had garbage, straw wraps and soda spins. The soda station was sticky and the lemonades are almost always out. There were flies in the lobby area and in the kitchen. Finally, every time I eat a Santa Barbara Char at this point, I end up with an annoyed stomach and feel like barfing. Don't come in another place.

I ordered online for curbside pick up. I was traveling with a senior adult and getting in and out of the car is hard for her. I thought curbside pickup would be easier. I arived at the store and parked I clicked on the link to say I arrived. A few minutes later I got a message telling me my food was ready and they will be out shortly. I wanted almost 10 minutes for.the food to come. I finally went inside and got my food. I asked why they didn't come no answer. I am disappointed with the service I received.
