After dinner my friend I grabbed some drinks. I got the lemon green tea and she got the green milk tea. We were a bit full from dinner, so no boba. I really enjoyed my refreshing drink that was 30% sweet per my request. It was extra lemony, which I loved! I'll make a mental note to come here again next time I want this same refreshing drink! The few times I've come to this location, the staff seems oblivious to what's going on. Today (last time coming here) they just flat out forgot to make my order, maybe they thought I came to sit down and hang out??. Come on guys get your ish together View all feedback.
Terrible at following order instructions. Came here Friday, ordered 50% sugar on 2 different drinks and one no sugar. They all are 100%. Wanted to give them a second today, specifically mentioned that our sugar order was made wrong on Friday. Guess what? Brown sugar milk tea tasted like pure milk/whipped cream! Not coming back. Sorry, would love to support a local business, but seriously!

I think this is my 3rd R&B place I've been to in LA. Always terrific and customer service is always on point. You can't go wrong with the brown sugar boba milk tea. You can choose to get with the cheese but decided to pass this time. Just 100% sweetness and 100% ice is how I like it on a hot summers day. Ambiance is nothing spectacular but the boba packs a punch!
