Olive Pit Grill - Huntington Beach

Great food. Friendly staff. The courts are hearty. Started with the paprika and I wouldn't order it again. Too small, not enough filling, not worth the price. Had the chicken cabob and steak cabob. Both were fleshy and tasty. The Rocka salad was plentiful and sooo good! We also had the lambburger with the fig sauce and it was also worth an order. I'm out of town and I always come here when I'm in town! Order weekdays at the counter and deliver to the table you sit. Weekends are full of service. Eat both inside and outside.

I was able to Brea, so I knew what to expect, but it still surprises me how delicious this food is for the price. In short, to go to Greece, these are some of the best Greek food I ever had. I had the gyro plate, the Mediterranean salad and feta fries for lunch, and I was so filled that I had hardly any appetite for dinner.

The portions of meat on kabobs are back. Years ago they drastically reduced the size to child's bite size. Well, now they are back. Probably due to competitions. If you know you know this food is amazing. Today, I was hungry ordered chicken steak kabob with rice and grill veggies....soooo good. Grill veggies is better than the salad to me. In closing, if you haven't been here you're missing out.

The kitchen needs some fine tuning but service was good and I would return. The first Spanakopita was barely warm and not crisp but our server had it replaced with another and removed from the bill. I wouldn't order it again but appreciated her effort. The lamb chops and shish Kebab were both very rare so be sure to specify if you want your meat cooked medium or more. Rice was over cooked and Mediterranean salad had too much dressing but the Tzatziki and Tabbouleh were both very good. I look forward to trying some more of the mezze which seem to be their strong suit.

Always so good. Only issue I ever had was missing salad dressing on a delivery. Otherwise dine is always spot on. Their hummus and tzatziki(sp) is to die for. Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken is perfection. Everything I've eaten has been great!
