Used a promo from Uber 1 and ordered Fried Mandoo (real good), Donkatsu with Japchae. The pig was not the best quality, but was plentiful and the japchae was just okay. The packaging was impressive as its Radish kimchi. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hanki Everyday Korean:
I placed an online order. The initial time indicated for delivery has been changed several times. When the food was finally delivered. It was cold. This was the first time I ever protected this business. Disappointed. View all feedback.
Love their gim bap and tea selection always deliciousFood: 5/5
Tasty Korean food in Huntington Beach! Just be prepared to WAIT for it or call it in. It's pricey, but most places are nowadays. The ambiance is clean and pleasant. K-pop is playing in the background. It's literally a mom and pop restaurant. They cook it for you fresh on site which is why it takes a while. I got the rice cake soup, and it came out hot. Generous portion of rice cakes. They were soft with a nice chew. Banchan was just radish kimchi. Boo. You can get purple rice or white rice with their other dishes. Everything on the menu looked good. There's an Able Coffee next door. We didn't have to pay for parking during lunch.
Really good food and great service! just wish it wasn’t pricey but it’s understandable since prices have risen a lot recently.
We had a bit of a wait but the food made it worth the while! It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. We had the spicy pork rice bowl, stir-fried spicy rice pasta and gim bap (Korean style dried seaweed roll). Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!!
It 's how my parents would cook for me. If they knew how to cook. I scraped the bottom of my bowl and instantly wished these people were my parents. This is literally a mom and pop shop. One man and one woman were prepping food behind the counter when I walked in. Must be the proverbial mom and pop.I ordered a Bulgogi Bibimbap with a Fried Egg. The egg was an extra charge, but it 's a must. The bulgogi was just me spoiling myself. The bowl boasted the usual bibimbap fare shredded carrots, sliced shitake, cooked spinach, julienned zucchini, and this stringy translucent thing. Wait, are those bean sprouts? I didn 't recognize them without their heads. No one 's ever taken the time to behead them for me. I 'm not crying, you 're crying. The meal came with endearingly uneven cubed pickled radish on the side. Remember to spoon in enough gochujang to your liking and mix well before eating.Hanki is attached to some luxury apartments, but a number of spots around the store are free for 2 hours. The sign says Pay to Park 9 pm 7 am so I 'm deducing it 's free from 7:01 am to 8:59 pm. Could have just said Free to Park 7 am 9 pm, but I guess landlords are allergic to "free. "It wasn 't too much hassle finding the restaurant or parking, and it 's certainly worth it tasting the care and pride in every bite. It 's been a long time since I 've been to a business that felt like home, and my stomach and heart both yearn for more.
