Carl's Jr. - Huntington Beach

I was under the impression that this restaurant was open 24/7. I used the Carl's Jr app to place an order, but when I arrived to pick it up, I found the restaurant to be closed. It was disappointing to have wasted my time and gas driving there.

You can't go wrong with Carl's Jr. The Beyond Burger even tastes charbroiled.

This restaurant is setting the bar for higher prices well ahead of its competition, and has taken the lead in post-pandemic changes such as withholding napkins and condiments unless requested. The removal of the salsa bar was allegedly due to cost, and prices have increased significantly since the "6$ burger" era. The shift from a once beloved fast food spot under original ownership to a corporate-driven establishment focused on saving money rather than providing quality service is disappointing. Customers are now expected to actively seek out basic amenities like napkins and ketchup, a far cry from the experience Carl used to provide.

Fast and friendly service. Clean environment and very good food. the store and parking lot always clean.

I asked for a double western with a add patty they have a button for that ive always gotten it this in my first and last time coming to this location it's a waste of time going back ... I had to throw away my food took one bite and disgusted since i cant eat spicy food...except for the zucchini... If I was given a receipt I will do another negative review since this just happened I don't know why you thought double western had japhinos note : your standard a triple western has japhinos) not a double western add patty so don't go around changing the recipe... but thank you for wrecking my food just realized she put the spicy triple western she screwed up my order...so your just lazy to ring it up right so you rang up what benefits what I said this was on her then lady please look for a new job or listen to the order correctly thanks to you I threw out the food except for the zucchini
