Horrible experience, they charged me twice for the same purchase on a debit card. I confronted the manager, and she said it will work it's self out. I had to call my bank and dispute the claim. A lot of hassle because the staff is inadequately trained ordistracted with the drive through orders. This Carl's is close but I will certainly avoid it, Poor management decision even whenbrought to their attention. View all feedback.

Ask for crispy onion rings got cold NOT crispy ones. BIG Carl was TO messy to eat. Your the most fastfood on money. Should always be GOOD!!!!! JACK N BOX best crispy onion rings????????????
This location is always lacking. They don?t keep enough staff on. Every time I go here around dinner time (between 6 and 8), they only have one guy working the register and drive thru speaker and two people cooking and assembling food. As such, thedining room is not cleaned frequently. I often get cold fries from this location and just in general everything takes sooooolong. Hire more staff. Don?t be cheap.
This place is horrible. I waited in the drive through for almost mins. Online and looking at the store it is open. But yet the doors are locked and the people are making sure to not make eye contact. Horrible service.
The cashier manually put in the discount for me because my code didn't work and the food came out great
