He was genuinely happy to serve us and ensured our order was correct when placing it. Just tried this place for the first time. I will definitely not come back. Four guys working behind the counter talking and laughing while I waited 20 minutes for my food. Nobody else had ordered so they weren't busy at all. Worst service ever! View all feedback.

We eat at Athen’s West because the food is good. The customer service however, has always been dismal at best. Not today though. Today we were greeted by a cheerful, very nice helper named Arlene. She even had her nail polish matching the Grecian theme. So nice not be talked down to like usual. We love their food but my husband passes on them often because they can be so disagreeable; grumpy even. The order was right to a T and even the baklava was super fresh today. I’m not sure if there’s been a management change, but it feels like it and now we had, not only great food, but also excellent customer service. Thanks Athen’s West.
I always get the gyro platter and it is always very good! They have a delicious salad that includes the most delicious olives ever! The portions are huge and the bread that goes along with it has the perfect texture. Super delicious 10/10 would recommend. It's a little on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for
Food service can't be beat! Fab prices great people!! Delicious good value in today's market.
Haven’t been here for years and was so excited to bring my family in.Unfortunately we were not greeted when walking in and there were no menus available. When asked for a menu we were rudely told to look on our phones. Listening to the cashier talk about eating Chinese soups in Spanish to her coworker while we waited to order was off putting. When we finally decided to order and asked if fries were included, the cashier scoffed and said, “NOPE.” Supporting a business is more than good food, it’s about feeling welcomed and comfortable. Did not feel that at all.
