I buy here all the time and there has been some issues, however I’ve learned that when the store can’t pick up the call center does and they are HORRIBLE! here's sux! I always loved pizza hat. we ordered 3 large spezialpizzen and 3 broth sticks, 45 minutes later we got our pizza, tasted like raw and so also called the broth sticks. and demanded a new pizza, took 10 minutes for the manager on the phone, she was rude, asked if the pizza was eaten, the driver had to bring it back. 45mins later we got the new order, it was more teig than the first!. I will never understand bad customer service, so I have an online order for pizza and it was over 1 hour, so I decided to call and change to execute it, they said, okay, good I came here clear I forgot my wallet and the lady at the front rudely said she needed my card infos all again, her name is Olivia. I asked you not to accuse me when I placed it online, she said no and I said well, I have all my information for my card can I give you that? She said no how I wanted to leave the guy, said yes, you can pay without your card. So he gave it manually in I got my pizza to see that it was the wrong, so again waited few minutes only for them to remake it, then they FORGOT my order in and said another 8 min, not even twice she messed up!!! Where is the General Manager at this point?????
Well let?s just say their customer service is horrible, I was babysitting and the pizza was supposed to be here at 5:30 and it never came so 15 minutes later I called and told them the name and this women said in a very rude way ?honey that would take to long I need a phone number, I don?t have time for that? I have her the only phone number i had for the people that I was babysitting and she said ya no that?s not it, and then proceeded to say ?I can?t help you? like what do you think I called you for. So I politely hung up and the pizza came 30 minutes later, the delivery guy was very nice and had a much better attitude than this girl she should learn some better customer service aka not talking back and being rude to the customers but hey at least the pizza was good!
This place is terrible! I used to love Pizza Hut, but my recent experience was awful. We ordered three large specialty pizzas and three breadsticks. After 45 minutes, we finally received our pizzas, but they tasted raw, just like the breadsticks. I called to request a new pizza, and the manager was rude over the phone, asking if we had eaten any of it and insisting that the driver had to bring it back. After another 45 minutes, we got the replacement order, and it was even doughier than the first one! I’m done with this place!
It took us two hours to receive our food. When I called after an hour and saw that the tracker still indicated that the order was received but hadn’t yet moved to the preparation stage, the staff member seemed annoyed that I called to check in so soon. An hour later, our food finally arrived, and to my surprise, it was cold and not even correct. I'm going back to Domino's, where the pizza is made to order and delivered within a reasonable 20 to 30 minutes.
I frequent this restaurant often, and while I've encountered some issues, I've discovered that when the store is unable to answer the phone, the call center takes over, and they are terrible! The customer service at the location itself is significantly better. I highly recommend driving to Pizza Hut instead. Despite being extremely short-staffed, the quality of the pizza there is seldom compromised. Just order carryout and keep in mind that staffing shortages are a widespread issue across the US.
