Panda Express - Huntersville

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and the portions were generous.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious at this mall-style Chinese cuisine restaurant. However, I am unable to give them 5 stars because my order was not ready on time. I placed my order through their app for pickup and was given a pickup time approximately 20 minutes later. When I arrived at the restaurant after waiting 10 minutes, my order was not even started yet. This was disappointing, but once the food was finally ready, it was hot and fresh.

I tried the orange crispy chicken and black pepper chicken with chow mein. The vegetable spring roll was fantastic! The service was quick and efficient with no wait time. They offer different plate sizes (bowl, plate, and I think a larger plate) with choices for the number of servings and sides. They also have a variety of soft drinks available.

I usually have good experiences here, but last weekend was a catastrophe. they had no small tassen, so they would think they would offer them a medium at a small price, no. the girl just said sad, medium or big. then asked after a plum sauce, sorry that we don't have any ok, how about sweet and sour for the egg roll? No, we're out, go to the soaking machine, no sweet tea, no celesting, so we have with water. they go out to eat and the chow mine is about 90% cauliflower and barely noodle. And then go to throw away the mum and the mum can overflow and you can hardly put anything in one another. I contacted Panda customer service and they offered me 2 small entree, in the ground rehearsal after we had ordered 2 full members. many thanks to panda express.

Very limited selection of menu items. Definitely not getting as much food as you used to. One of the worst Panda Express that I have been too.
