The food was great, as it normally is from here, but what impressed me the most was when DoorDash completely messed up and didn't bring 3/4ths of our office's order, the on-duty manager grabbed it and brought it to us herself, even though we were 15 minutes away. I visited this restaurant at 00:00 on a rather unfortunate Sunday, and it was quite an unpleasant experience. The staff made me feel uncomfortable while I was trying to place my order. The service was rude, and they seemed impatient with us. When we noticed that kids were supposed to eat for free, they abruptly told us, "Oh, we don’t do that anymore." I've been a Chipotle customer for years, but I had no idea how AMAZING Moe's was! The food was fantastic, and there’s a wider variety of toppings to choose from. I had a chicken bowl, and now I'm craving it again! You really need to give it a try!

The food was good. I placed a takeout order and specifically asked if utensils were included in the bag, and I was told yes. However, there were no utensils or napkins. I work on-site, so I had no other option. Thank you!
I found plastic in my food that resembled glass, and I almost ingested it. The service was not great either; this was my first visit to this Moe's, and I felt a bit embarrassed. Now my friend and I are feeling unwell.
3. and last time until the dinge changes. have tried to be patient, as I know that the things are rough everywhere, but when the employees scream to customers because they complain, because there is so much confusion on the line and orders where left and right, not cool, switched over. 2 times, various employees, while nice, not yet knowing what she did and received 2 brown pockets of chips, the fat dipped thru, got home and could not eat them because then raw still. 3. times today and service was better, but still get 2 bags of raw chips in oil soaked. train their employees how to properly prepare the chips. so disappointing to come home and have inedible food.
