I called the pizza shop to explain the situation, but the manager told me they couldn't help because it was our fault we didn’t hear the delivery girl knock. I’m incredibly disappointed and will never order from this place again. They didn’t even offer an apology for the incident and instead placed the blame on us. I hope they go out of business.
