Additionally, I just received a notification saying my order was ready at 5:50 p.m. I had placed it at 4:57, and the website indicated it would be ready by 5:15.

The wings are decent, though not particularly remarkable, but they are flavorful. I find it a bit off-putting to have to pick up my wings, as the staff often appear rushed. I get that they have a lot going on, so it doesn’t bother me too much. I’ll definitely return.

The boneless wings I ordered were essentially frozen, just microwaved and tossed in sauce. Honestly, they aren't worth the $11. If you're looking for a quick meal, you’d be better off going to Chick-fil-A or Zaxby's. They were barely edible—maybe fine if you're starving or hungover—but really, what do you expect from Chili's?

Litterly Frozen boneless wings popped in the microwave and rolled in sauce. Don't waste your time these wings were trash for 11$. Save yourself a quick bite and head to chikfila or Zaxbys. It was edible if your starved or hungover but what can you expect from Chillis

I agree with the other 1 star reviews. The wings did not have any sauce or seasoning. It was a total waste of money. I threw half of them away.
