The dining experience was average. However, the bathroom was not clean, and the soap dispenser had fallen off the wall, making handwashing difficult. This led me to question whether the staff actually wash their hands after using the restroom. View all feedback.
2 employees at 12pm on a Sunday. They are telling people it’s a 15-20 minute hold and people are waking out. Cheap management, hire more for the lunch shift.
Employees are rude went to order she gave us lots of attitude for no reason just said what do you want after everything wasn't friendly or welcoming just didn't care and could tell she didn't Want to be here at all
Haven’t ordered from this location in a couple of months, and most likely won’t again. Used to be very friendly upbeat vibe. Tonight was like something completely different. Rude, no one greeted me, when I said I had a to go order the girl basically tossed my order at me. Sad, it used be one of our go to spots. Judging by the other reviews (and firehouse responses) it’s a poorly managed location and most likely won’t improve. Just close it down already, corporate shouldn’t allow you to stay open.
Meatball sub was soggy and cold, Will never eat here again!
Very disappointed just purchased Tuna sandwich .. bread was hard.. I asked for banana peppers were not on sandwich . Why is there tomato sauce on my bread
