Chili's Grill - Huntersville

I like this location the food is always great and very consistent across visits. It seems to be very poorly staffed (we had to wait nearly 10 minutes today once seated before a server came to our table), but the waitress we had was fantastic and very quick after that. Atmosphere could be improved from its currently dark and dingy interior with better lighting, but all in all a pleasant place to eat.

We both had southwest chicken salads that were not good and way over spiced. Will not go back for a long while.

Host was a little strange seating us he just started walking into the bar. I guess he was expecting us to know to follow him. Bartender completely botched 1 drink, asked for a titos and lemonade, and a glass of ice water and received a shot of titos in a glass of water. Food was good.

Exactly what you would expect from any national chain. Lots of fried, salty fast food. Mostly high calorie American junk food, but the brisket quesadillas and chicken fingers were good. Floor was sticky, service was decent.

Courtney is exactly what you want in a server. She’s efficient, kind, never makes you feel like a burden and her demeanor was refreshing. People like Courtney should be rewarded for their patience and light they bring into the world. Thank you for the excellent service and we will definitely be back!
